Went down on Bank Holiday after kwik fit had done a really bad tracking job. Had amazing customer service. Work was done efficient and at a high standard. Another kwik fit victim saved

Have to say thank you to Craig and Alistair for saving me a lot of money. Took the car in as I thought the wheel was buckled. They looked at all four wheels and decided that they hadn't been balanced properly. About half an hour later the job was done and the car is back to it smooth self.
Many thanks to two good honest blokes.

Have used Tyre Spot a number of times and they are always helpful and give good advice. Last visit was the repair a slow puncture and they did a great job.

I was in a bit of a pickle on a bank Holiday Monday i phoned a few company's with no help and then saw this company on Google, i phoned, expalained the problems and within an hour i had new tires fitted, superb service and price thank you very much

When I arrived I was met with a smooth, well-organised drop-off process, with great facilities available while I waited.

The team really listened to my concerns, especially as I was worried about jack pads being used correctly when changing the tyres on my Tesla Model 3 Performance. They not only used the jack pads, but even cleaned them before placing them back into the bag provided — which really shows attention to detail and care.

They reassured me that I’d been given a great tyre recommendation, and their knowledge and confidence put me completely at ease. You can genuinely feel that this is a family-run business — friendly, honest, and customer-focused from start to finish.

A cracking bunch of people. I’ll definitely be coming back with other vehicles, including our off-road Polaris.

If you book online give the place a ring too as when I turned up the guys at the garage weren't aware of my booking - an error in their system apparently. They still managed to fit me in despite being fully booked and managed to sort me out a lot sooner than I'd expected. Top service

After contacting several garages trying to get a slow puncture fixed on Bank Holiday Monday I rang the North Shields branch and was told I could get it looked at if I was there in the next half hour. Craig was great fixed the punctures and saved my sons holiday.

Replaced all 4 tyres on my x trail with valves, balancing and wheel alignment!
Great care taken with my car as anyone who knows me can testify to how well I look after my vehicles.
NO windy gun used wheel brace and torque wrench (fantastic).
Wheels are powder coated and no damage/scratches at all.
Properly jacked up no damage to jacking points.
Staff were courteous, professional and Covid 19 measures all in place and adhered to. Great service!

We came in with a problem with our balancing and the guys at Tyre spot couldn't have been more helpful. Fully explained why we were having the issue we were and even showed us what was going on.
