My car was showing signs of having a puncture. Popped into Tyre spot Durham this afternoon. Puncture couldn’t be repaired. Mechanic showed us that a nail had gone into tyre. Asked what I wanted to do and I told him I would like a new tyre. I didn’t feel pressured into them doing it or going for the most expensive. I would highly recommend this place. Lovely staff. Booked in via Blackcircles.I was greeted on arrival and confirmed my details. My car was immediately taken into the workshop and I was shown to the waiting lounge. All of the staff were very friendly and I felt very comfortable. Fifteen minutes later my car was returned to me all done. Fantastic service from the young lad that works on the front desk and apologise I've forgotten you're name, I have learning difficulties and dyslexia, I called today about my tyres and didnt really know what I was looking for, the kind chap was very helpful and said he could fit them.the same day, I drove down within 30 mins of the phone call and my car was booked in, I took my therapy dog for a good hour walk whilst the work was being done, he was knackered as was I. Replaced all 4 tyres on my x trail with valves, balancing and wheel alignment!
Great care taken with my car as anyone who knows me can testify to how well I look after my vehicles.
NO windy gun used wheel brace and torque wrench (fantastic).
Wheels are powder coated and no damage/scratches at all.
Properly jacked up no damage to jacking points.
Staff were courteous, professional and Covid 19 measures all in place and adhered to. Great service!
