Outstanding staff, polite, helpful, pleasant, efficient, said tyre would be in mid afternoon, it was in much earlier and they had the decency to ring me to tell me. Cheaper than my normal tyre supplier of 30 years that are, themselves. competitive. I was impressed by the immaculate, obviously busy, workshop. Not the cheapest but not the dearest either. But very quick you won't be kept waiting for days on end here. Also offer a interest free payment thing. Good for brakes, tyres and exhaust, air con, wheel balancing, not major jobs.

I was in a real situation I had broken down with a puncture on Saturday morning 17th Aug, heading towards Newcastle from Southampton for football. I had my puncture repaired roadside by a recovery company, then contacted Tyre Spot to see if they had my size wheel in stock (others didn’t) which they did. I got to the Darlington site, they checked my tyre and subsequently repaired it at a fraction of the cost of a new tyre. Absolutely first class service from the original phone call to the fitting. Thank you very much. Would definitely recommend.

I've been using this place for my tyres since I started driving, it's always the same faces and they're all decent lads.
I've only gone elsewhere once in the last 16 years because all the staff were on lunch.
It's always been a prompt service, waiting for 20 minute at most when it's busy (usually on a night when people are coming after work I' guess)
