Excellent helpful honest service. Thought i needed new tyre as had a screw in tyre. They could have replaced tyre and i wouldn't have neen any wiser but the screw was removed and i was told tyre was fine as screw hadn't gone right through. Will use Tyre Spot again

I've been using this place for my tyres since I started driving, it's always the same faces and they're all decent lads.
I've only gone elsewhere once in the last 16 years because all the staff were on lunch.
It's always been a prompt service, waiting for 20 minute at most when it's busy (usually on a night when people are coming after work I' guess)

Have to say thank you to Craig and Alistair for saving me a lot of money. Took the car in as I thought the wheel was buckled. They looked at all four wheels and decided that they hadn't been balanced properly. About half an hour later the job was done and the car is back to it smooth self.

Once again I have had fantastic service at no notice (I just walk up) from the guys in Tyre Spot. This is about the 4th time I've used them and every time I've had fast same day service. They're always helpful, friendly, quick and efficient. Whilst I don't want more tire problems, if I get them, I'll be back. The staff at Tyre spot Consett were excellent & went over & above. They booked my van in for a service at very short notice. The supplier failed to deliver the correct oil filter & were closed as it was a Saturday. The staff travelled to Gateshead to obtain the part for my van, so I could have my van back for work on Sunday. They stayed back for over an hour after they were closed to complete my van.

If you book online give the place a ring too as when I turned up the guys at the garage weren't aware of my booking - an error in their system apparently. They still managed to fit me in despite being fully booked and managed to sort me out a lot sooner than I'd expected. Top service

Absolutely above and beyond service. After finding a nail in my tyre at 5pm on my way to hospital these guys waited for me to arrive and fixed my tyre right there and then. I was on my way by 5:30pm!!!
