A first class service from a top quality member of staff. I went in this morning as one of my headlight bulbs had blown. I stopped on the off chance they could help me out. Morning people, yesterday I decided to change the break pads on my Ford focus but I had a problem with getting my nuts off ( no laughing please) ,I am getting on a bit not as strong as I was years ago but still up for the challenge so I phoned tyre spot in houghton le spring which I have used for decades, they told me to pop down out really busy day they took the time to have a look advised me of what I need to do ( bit of an issue with my nuts ,( please no laughing lol) ,after spending 58 years on this planet I’ve never experienced 100% iconic customer service like that way above the call of duty, 100% perfect and if tyre spot houghton le spring and every professional gentleman man that works there is Per-suit of excellence please stop why you may ask ? Because you lot found it years ago

Puncture on the way to the passport office. After trying three other places these guys were super efficient and very quick. Tyre was replaced within 10 minutes. Highly recommended. Passport now on the way.

Really impressed with this firm. Did not know they existed until a member of staff at Halfords recommended them. They fitted 2 new tyres about 6 weeks ago. However 1 of tyres was loosing pressure. So went back today and they checked it out. Found that wheel rim needed cleaning, so they did that and refitted tyre and did not charge for the time and work involved. Very impressed when these days you seem to get charged for even breathing. All the staff were really friendly and seemed to know what they were doing. In future this will be only place to go to. thank you.

Been here a few times for tyres but recently was in a minor accident which caused tracking to go. Got seen to straight away only waited a little bit and they sorted it.. few days later my bearings had gone spoke to the same lad who did my tracking about it and he offered for me to come back down to get it re tracked for free. I got that fixed (today) the car is now perfect and everything is spot on… thanks again and thanks also to all the lads who work here as they are always polite and honest - Molly with the problematic fiat 500 😂

Had what I thought was a very worrying situation after I bottomed my car in a 5inch whole width of road pot hole. Complained to car park owner, who agreed for me to have the car assessed. Explained my concern and situation to Tyrespot representative. He obviously realised I was concerned and booked the car in for the same afternoon. Tyrespot carried out a full tracking check and underside inspection. I have to say, I am delighted with the service provided by Tyrespot. Superb customer service lads. Thank you very much

I've been using this place for my tyres since I started driving, it's always the same faces and they're all decent lads. I've only gone elsewhere once in the last 16 years because all the staff were on lunch. It's always been a prompt service, waiting for 20 minute at most when it's busy (usually on a night when people are coming after work I' guess)

Needed 2 new tyres fitting and couldn't have got better service from the team at Stag Tyres. All staff are professional, polite and friendly. Prices to suit all budgets. Best tyre company in the town!!
